Confidential Service

Confidentiality means that what you discuss during your counselling sessions will be kept private. You will be informed of the limits of confidentiality and these rules will be maintained indefinitely. Coded session notes will be securely kept for seven years, in line with medical practice.

Some clients may prefer total anonymity and will therefore appreciate the benefits of choosing a small home based practice, without a waiting room, receptionist or other staff being aware of their presence.
